services<\/h3>\n<p>It's about designing and building in a climate-friendly way. There has been much discussion about the consequences of climate change and the urgent need to adapt and mitigate in the building industry. One thing is certain: the construction and operation of buildings will be sustainable in the future. The new requirements are having such a strong impact on the way we design and build today that we can speak of a construction turnaround.<\/p>\n<p>This includes a wide range of requirements: material and energy efficient construction, building with local materials, low-emission construction, timber and hybrid buildings, building-integrated photovoltaics BIPV, green roofs, green facades.<\/p>\n<p>But it also means that a new aesthetic is emerging.
